How support requests are handled

Sprunki Parasite uses this page for bug reports, broken links, content corrections, and new game requests. The more specific your message is, the faster a problem can be reproduced and fixed. If a game fails to load, mention whether the problem happens before the page opens, after you press start, or only when you switch to fullscreen. That distinction matters because rendering bugs, storage bugs, and network bugs often show up at different steps.

If you are requesting a new game or guide, include the topic, the audience you want to serve, and the reason you think it belongs on the site. Useful requests explain whether the page should focus on strategy, beginner education, quick casual play, or a mobile-first toy experience. That context helps us decide how to prioritize future updates and which internal links should connect the new content to the rest of the catalog.
